I am the owner of ATT Evolution. I am local to the St. Louis community, and the state of Missouri as a whole. I attended McCluer High School and won a state title in wrestling. After graduating I went to college at the University of Missouri. There I was blessed to achieve All-American Status two times, and also becoming the school’s first Big XII Champion. With my competitive fire still burning, I continued to compete in freestyle wrestling for two years.
At the time MMA was a thriving sport, and it found me as I was coaching at the University of Missouri. I am a decorated professional MMA competitor, and fight in the UFC. Outside of fighting I manage fighters, run a mentor program, enjoy going to the gun range, and spending time with my family. I have three sons and one daughter; Dylan, Darron, Tyron Jr. and baby Gabby. I also am blessed to have Averi Woodley as a beautiful, supporting wife by my side.
Seeing ATT Evolution reach it’s potential, bring families closer, and incorporate fitness in everyday routine is my daily drive.
I am the co-owner of ATT Evolution. I graduated from Michigan State University with a degree in Psychology. Currently I am working on a master’s Degree in Public Administration from Southern Illinois University – Edwardsville. Averi was formerly an educator for University City School District. She has really made fitness apart of her life and enjoys seeing new fitness goals being reached.
I enjoy teaching fitness classes, reading, drawing, trying new restaurants, and relaxing. I have a very bubbly personality, and I’m a social butterfly. Surprisingly as a young lady I was really shy, and the family/friends/fitness at ATT Evolution has caused me to come out of my shell.
I’m married to Tyron Woodley and mother of three boys and a daughter; Dylan, Darron, Tyron Jr and baby Gabby. I’ve learned to balance running the gym, family, and supporting Tyron in his professional endeavors.
I am a successful athlete from Marietta, GA. I attended McEachern High School in Powder Springs, GA where I became a wrestling State Champion.
At Missouri Baptist University I continued my success and became a 2x NAIA Wrestling All-American, and obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. I am currently an assistant wrestling coach at DeSmet Jesuit High school and have had many years of high school coaching experience in the different styles is of wrestling (Folkstyle, Freestyle, and Greco). When I am not at the gym I enjoy singing, playing the piano, and reading.
I am the head boxing coach at ATT Evolution. I started boxing in 1970 at the DeSoto recreation Center under the tutelage of legendary boxing coach Kenneth Loehr. I've won numerous Diamond Glove Titles, as well as 5 Golden Glove Titles. I won the National AAU Championship in 1979, and both the Silver Medal in Olympic Trials (The United States Boycotted the Summer Olympics) and the National PAL Tournament in 1980. In 1981, I signed a professional boxing contract, went on to win the ESPEN and NABF Bantamweight Title in 1983, and also won the Continental Americas Super Bantamweight Title in 1985.
I retired from professional boxing in 1988, going on to volunteer as boxing coach at the Twelfth and Park Recreation Center the same year, where I trained numerous Junior Olympics, Silver Glove Ringside, and Senior National Champions). Since 1989, I have spent training Amateur and Professional Boxers at Twelfth and Park Recreation Center and assisting policemen for Guns and Hoses traditional Thanksgiving Fundraiser.
I was inducted into the St. Louis Boxing Hall of Fame in 2000. Currently, I volunteer at the Twelfth and Park recreation center as a Boxing Coach/Recreation Assistant, Monday through Friday from 2:30pm to 5:30pm, 12 months a year.

I am a group fitness instructor and personal trainer at ATT Evolution. I joined Team Evo three years ago, on a mission to get in shape I started as a fitness client training 3 days a week on a trial membership. After quickly deciding that ATT was home, I got serious and starting taking fitness and nutrition to the next level. With the help and guidance of the ATT EVO family, I began to see major improvements not just in my health and nutrition but in other areas of my life as well. It didn't take long for my hard work and results to inspire many of my friends and family members to join the program and begin changing their lives as well. Starting from the ground up, I climbed the ranks and began running fitness classes last year and pursuing my personal training certification through the American Aerobics and Fitness Association. I furthered my own evolution earlier this year when I decided to enter the local amateur kick boxing scene, winning my first fight by unanimous decision.
I have helped train and coach other teammates to victory and continues to further my own training and experience in martial arts. Showing a strong commitment to hard work and always striving to grow and evolve, I am always a great source of motivation for Team Evo members.
Outside of the gym I enjoy spending time with my family, I am an animal lover, spending lots of time with my two dogs and of course love any outdoor or sports activity. I am dedicated to martial arts and training others but always makes time for my first love, Music.
I have played music my entire life, earning many accomplishments in school and am the guitar player for the MidWest Avengers.
I am a product of ATT Evolution. I believe in the program and am proud to be a part
Team. My biggest goal now, Pay it forward and help as many people improve their health as possible.
