Muay Thai

Known as the “King of the Ring” in many circles Muay Thai features punches , kicks, elbows and clinching. This utilization of all eight limbs allow you to attack in a variety of different ways and from different angles. Training methods will help develop power, speed and superb cardio-vascular endurance.

Mixed Martial Arts (MMA)

MMA is one of the fastest growing sports in the world. The combination of multiple martial art forms that encompass striking and submissions makes this sport a real chess match. Team Evo will utilize some of the same tactics used by professional athletes to give members a new and exciting way to stay in shape. This will also teach discipline, technique, and team work in a friendly environment. Now everyone can be a part of the most popular sport in the world!


Wrestling is one of the oldest sports in history. It is a form of hand to hand combat where you attempt to outscore your opponent with takedowns, back points, and mat control. This sport is great for all sizes, ages, and experience levels. Our youth wrestling program will foster the highest and most current level of technique available. This is the best place to begin and ensure a strong foundation, or continue to take you to the next level. Team Evo Wrestling will definitely place you ahead of the curve!

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ)

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is a combat sport and self-defense system that focuses on grappling and ground fighting with an emphasis on positional strategy. BJJ is a great way to strengthen and define your core muscles while learning problem solving and strategy.

There are 2 BJJ Classes: 1 – Gi (Traditional BJJ uniform is worn and sold seperatly) 2 – No Gi


Boxing “The Sweet Science” improves both your offensive and defensive skills. Through a series of drills there will be an emphasis on timing, spacing, pacing, rhythm, adjustments and side-to-side foot movements to acquire better angles to hit and not get hit.
